Technical maintenance

We employ a team of over 300 in-house technicians to provide you with a high-quality service. Offering time-sensitive and effective technical support, they will help you continue to serve your customers the quality coffee, snacks and cold drinks they love, thanks to our Elite Care Technical service. This is included as standard with our Fully Managed Service.

When it comes to preventative maintenance, we carry out the manufacturers' recommended service activity to keep each of your machines working as they should, minimising the chance of a breakdown.

However, if a breakdown should occur, our technicians work to agreed response times to ensure minimal downtime, deploying first-time fixes wherever possible.
